What This Site Is

Jezaca Cucina is an independent, editorial recipe publication focused on the traditional cooking of Naples and the wider Campania region. We do not sell products, take orders, process payments, or operate any storefront. Every recipe is offered for home cooking purposes, free of charge.

Using Our Recipes

You are welcome to cook any recipe published here at home and to share a link to this site with anyone who might enjoy it. Republishing an entire recipe write up, word for word, on another site or in another publication without our written permission is not permitted. Sharing what you cooked, in your own words, on your own site or social media, is of course fine, and we would be glad to see it.

The text, photography credits, layout, and original writing on this site belong to Jezaca Cucina or to the respective rights holders of any licensed material we use. Recipes themselves, as techniques and ingredient lists, are not owned by anyone, in the way that facts and methods generally cannot be owned. Our particular written expression of them is what we ask you to respect.

User Conduct

If this site ever adds a way for visitors to comment or submit a message, we expect it to be used respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any submission that is abusive, spam, or unrelated to the subject of the site, and to restrict access for anyone who misuses it.

Where a recipe or article references an outside source, or where an advertisement links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third party sites. Visiting them is done at your own discretion.
